This tradition is at the heart of my work. For more than 15 years I have created a safe, held container for people to feel, speak, and move through loss in therapy. I have also lived with open, embodied grief in my personal life — weeping alongside others, witnessing sorrow, and honoring it without hurry or judgment.
I am now expanding that practice and embracing some old grief traditions to integrate this into a safe and nurturing space. Grief Nurturing sessions are spaces for collective and individual mourning.
