I have remained at the core of my practice as a deeply reflective person, not your expert but learning to hold myself on my journey as a therapist and pushing through my own limits of personal struggles, allows me to help you to move beyond yours. There are a vast array of differences between people and cultures. I stay with you based on the concept that universally human beings all benefit from another human, being attuned to themselves.
You won’t experience a vast amount of solution offerings or told to change yourself. I help you to make meaning of your experience free from shame.

To keep things transparent and not confusing for you I charge a flat rate for any online sessions which is £50ph
For in person sessions held in the Doncaster area I charge £60ph
For community groups it from £15pp (depending on the Length of the Session)
For private group bookings the cost is relational to the length of time, distance of travelling and the type of package required.
For workplace wellbeing, it is based on the same process as the group bookings. The time for planning, resources, distance and length of time that you require for the groups. I work it out based on my hourly rates.
There are some limited spaces for student and low income rates.
Block bookings incur a small discount too.

Enquiries and appointment bookings
When you contact me through The Nurtured Self website, I collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number and the nature of your enquiry.
I use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, arrange an appointment or provide information about my services.
I ask that you do not include detailed or sensitive personal information about your health, mental health or personal circumstances in the general enquiry form. This information does not need to be provided in order for me to respond to your initial enquiry. We can discuss in more depth during your free consultation which will be much more private for you. Mostly because of keeping your online privacy to the highest standard. I will treat all enquires as confidential regardless of the content of the message. in the same way as Counselling and other professional services process sensitive information, including information relating to health or wellbeing. Such information is treated as special category data under UK data protection law and is subject to additional protections.
NB; This is not a service for crisis support, it is here to support you and your wellbeing, after crisis point it is a good time to use this service.
Appointments are currently arranged through Acuity Scheduling, an appointment scheduling service provided by Squarespace. Information submitted through the booking process may be processed by Acuity Scheduling in accordance with its privacy practices.
