Therapy Services
Online counselling works as in person therapy, however it comes down to choice and preference to your own needs. Some people who have busy lives find peace in the convenience of accessing therapy online.
Person Centred Integrative practice, Supervision that offers you a containing space for your human experience so you can forge your identity as a therapist. You will experience, person centred values in action which will allow you to share clinical issues and help you find a way through.
In person therapy is a classic form of therapy, where we are together in the moment and get chance to fully experience presence. Though again preference is an individual choice and especially for those who need a space away from home and other distractions to feel safe and cosy while they explore their current emotions and wellbeing. These spaces however are limited and only currently available in the Doncaster area at the moment
